Medical Outcomes Research Firm

Problem: Medical research and health policy firm was looking to re-evaluate their strategic plan and develop a business model to grow revenue.

Action: Conducted internal “discovery” interviews and ones with outside experts to more clearly understand internal and external perceptions of the organization and its capabilities. Then worked with team to develop formal fundraising marketing plan and process for the organization’s leading product, a global/21 country medical outcomes study. Following approval of the plan, consultant services retained to help implement, including business development pitches to retain and obtain new private industry research sponsors.

Results: Over $1M in new funding plus 100% retention of past sponsors. “DSR Healthcare was an excellent collaborator with our team and the process he used provided a clear direction on where we stand and what we specifically needed to do to improve our program.
